The fun of planning a holiday between the two of us, is that we have different interests and different likes and dislikes. Though, of course, some common ones too.
So I, having travelled in the US 10 times before, am interested in finding new states to see. Drew on the other hand is interested in finding wild places at the edge of civilisation and has long hankered to go to Newfoundland - so how about a holiday that includes both?
So in three weeks we are going to visit the 6 states of New England, plus the Maritime Provinces and Newfoundland in Canada.
The blog is to share that experience with family and friends, and to save writing multiple e-mails to different people about the holiday, when we can direct them to this blog.
